About Playa de las Américas
Built from scratch in the 1970s, Playa de las Américas was designed purely for holidays — and it shows. By day the beaches and surf breaks fill up; after dark the Veronicas strip and the Starco centre take over. It is the best base on the island if you want everything within walking distance and no need for taxis at night.
The drive from the airport
The route from Tenerife South follows the TF-1 west and exits directly into the resort, so even in summer traffic the transfer rarely takes more than 25 minutes. Your driver times the drop-off to your accommodation's entrance to avoid the pedestrianised centre.

We land late at night — is that a problem?
Not at all. We operate 24/7 and a large share of flights into Tenerife South arrive after 22:00. Your driver tracks the flight and waits however late you land, with no night surcharge.
How long does the transfer take?
The direct private drive normally takes 20 min from Tenerife South Airport. Because your transfer is private, there are no other pick-ups or hotel stops along the way.
How much does it cost?
