About Golf del Sur
Golf del Sur exists because of its 27-hole championship course, one of the first on the island, with fairways running between black volcanic bunkers and the sea. Around it grew a quiet community of apartments and villas, the Amarilla Golf course next door and the little marina of San Miguel. It attracts golfers, winter residents and anyone who wants the south-coast sun without resort noise.
The drive from the airport
At seven kilometres from Tenerife South, this is the shortest transfer we run — often under ten minutes from terminal to door. From Tenerife North it is a full island crossing of about 85 minutes, so golfers landing there should allow time before a tee-off.
